Every virtual ArtBLINK corporate sponsor, Director's Circle member and ticket buyer will be able to choose a special dinner for two from Iz Catering to enjoy at home. Dinners will be individually packaged for easy pickup and will be insulated in a free O'Neal Cancer Center-branded bag.

To reserve your dinner for two for virtual ArtBLINK, you must submit your dinner selections online using the link included in your ticket order confirmation email. If you did not receive a ticket confirmation email or a link to the dinner selection web form, please contact Danya Segrest at danya40@uab.edu.

Each dinner for two includes two entrées: one serving of each guest's entrée of choice. Entree options include beef tenderloin (beef), coq au vin (chicken) or baked eggplant (vegetarian). Guests may choose two servings of the same entrée, or each guest may choose one serving of a different entrée.

Wines, salads, desserts and appetizers are prepared and packaged for two. Therefore, each dinner for two also includes two splits (half-bottles) of wine, two servings of salad, two servings of dessert and two servings of each appetizer.

Every dinner for two includes one split of each of the following:

  • Red wine
  • Champagne

Appetizer

Every dinner for two includes two servings of each of the following:

  • Sun-dried tomato tart: A free-form tart of sun-dried tomatoes with fontina cheese, prosciutto
    and fresh oregano
  • Asparagus asiago roll: Fresh asparagus wrapped in phyllo dough, dusted with Asiago cheese
    and baked until golden brown
  • Sweet and salty feta bites: Served on tasting forks with honey and pistachios

Salad

Every dinner for two includes two servings of the following:

  • Caesar salad: Petite romaine wedge with caramelized onions, house-made croutons,
    grape tomatoes and applewood smoked bacon on the side

Entrée

Every dinner for two includes each guest's choice of one of the following:

  • Beef tenderloin: Seven-ounce filet cooked medium rare with demi-glace, potato gratin and sautéed zucchini and leeks
  • Coq au vin: Boneless chicken in Burgundy wine, mushrooms and pearl onions with chive mashed potatoes and roasted carrots
  • Baked eggplant: Vegetarian baked eggplant with marinara and orzo

Dessert

Every dinner for two includes two servings of the following:

  • Bread pudding: Caramel apple bread pudding with praline sauce
